Allison joined the Flourish team in 2021 and brings 11 years of graphic design experience to the firm that spans the retail, print, healthcare and advertising industries. Prior to Flourish, Allison worked for Encore Rehabilitation, Inc. supporting all corporate graphic design initiatives, and prior to that, worked for Allied Digital Printing where she gained experience doing custom logos, branding, and digital printing. Allison is a 2011 graduate from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio, with a focus on graphic design.
An Athens, AL native, Richter now enjoys living in Madison. One of her favorite parts about living in North Alabama is spending her summers water skiing on the Elk River. In her free time, she also enjoys kayaking, reading and painting, and was most recently named the Hospitality Chair for the American Advertising Federation of North Alabama.
