Morgan joined the Flourish team in 2020 and works with companies to grow their business through a mix of content creation, digital media, strategic development, public relations, data management, and data analytics.

At Flourish, Morgan supports a variety of companies from nonprofits to large corporations, within the real estate, telecommunications, software, cybersecurity, advocacy, transportation and logistics, DoD contracting, and entertainment industries. Prior to joining Flourish, Morgan worked for Royal Cup Coffee in Birmingham, AL, where she grew her skills in data management, marketing, and account coordination.

Morgan is a graduate of the University of North Alabama where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications focused on public relations and a minor in marketing.
