We’re not here to “do marketing.” We’re here to help you lead with clarity, tell the right story, and build a brand that earns trust. Founded in 2018 by Megan Nivens-Tannett, Flourish was born from reinvention and built on one core belief: alignment drives growth.
We’ve since worked with organizations across Huntsville and beyond, from nonprofits to aerospace to national institutions, bringing thoughtful strategy, creative firepower, and the kind of partnership leaders don’t have to manage.
Today, Flourish serves as a strategic growth and brand advisory for CEOs and leadership teams who want more than deliverables; they want direction.
How We Got Here
Flourish began with a dare.
After being laid off in 2018, Megan was encouraged – by her 11-year-old daughter, no less – to take a leap and build something of her own. That leap became Flourish.
What started as a small consultancy quickly grew into a respected creative and strategic partner in Huntsville’s business and innovation ecosystem. Early collaborations with the University of Alabama in Huntsville’s I²C, community festivals, creatives, and national organizations helped establish Flourish as a connector, bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together.
When the world shifted in 2020, Flourish adapted, launching free workshops to support local businesses and creating the Ivy Initiative, a pro bono program dedicated to serving nonprofits when support mattered most. As the company grew, so did its reach. Speaking engagements at UAH and UNA, leadership advisory roles, award recognition, and multi-year work with NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center further reinforced what clients already knew: Flourish wasn’t just executing campaigns; we were helping organizations think differently about who they are and where they’re going.

We’ve always been deeply rooted in Huntsville, committed to mentorship, education, and causes that support veterans, families, children, and those who are often underserved. Giving back isn’t a side project – it’s part of how we define success.
