A bit outdated, disconnected. Not built to scale with their evolving services or expanding audience. They needed a strategy and a partner who could help them think bigger.
What We Did
Over the course of a multi-year partnership, Flourish led a comprehensive transformation centered on clarity, consistency, and credibility. We became embedded partners across brand, content, product, and campaign strategy.

- 20th Anniversary Campaign: Created a year-long brand story campaign, including a legacy video, leadership blog series, and celebratory social content that honored PSS’s past while positioning them for the future
We also built and maintain an ongoing communications structure, including:

- A LinkedIn social strategy built around education and field relevance
- Resource-rich blogs designed to support both clients and contractors
This framework has strengthened PSS’s voice, unified its team, and helped it stay in front of the right decision-makers. Today, PSS has a clear, unified brand presence that aligns with its core values: being experienced, practical, and deeply committed to safe work environments.
The Outcome
Our work didn’t stop at branding. We helped PSS rebrand their LMS, transforming CMCloud into LinkSuite, with three distinct tools:
- LinkHire: Streamlined contractor onboarding
- LinkTrain: Site-specific safety training delivery
- LinkQualify: A contractor pre-qualification platform for plants and GCs
Flourish led the complete rebrand and go-to-market launch of LinkQualify, including
