A creative force with over a decade of design experience, she leads Flourish’s visual storytelling with equal parts artistry and intention. From branding and digital design to print and advertising, Allison’s work blends strategy with beauty, transforming ideas into visuals that stick.
She’s also known as our ‘culture queen’, is always up for a good time and is rarely seen without a glowing smile.
Before joining Flourish, she shaped design initiatives for Encore Rehabilitation and Allied Digital Printing, gaining a deep understanding of how visuals move people to act.
When she’s not designing, you’ll find her painting, reading, or kayaking along the Elk River near her hometown of Athens, AL.
