She’s the anchor of the Flourish team: steady, strategic, and deeply invested in every detail that keeps our work (and culture) thriving. Since joining Flourish in 2022, Gracie has become the go-to for public relations, project management, and strategy that actually moves the needle. Her natural leadership and thoughtful approach have helped shape not just client success, but the direction of Flourish itself.
A Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of North Alabama, Gracie’s background in communications and marketing built the foundation for her precision and poise. Beyond the office, she’s deeply engaged in the community through the Public Relations Council of North Alabama and Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Connect Program, among other things.
She’s also newly married, currently learning sign language, and forever finding new ways to connect with the world around her. Her superpower? Quiet confidence – with just enough spark to lead the way forward.
