She’s the fearless founder of Flourish; part big-picture visionary, part get-it-done powerhouse, and she’s been elevating brands long before “brand strategy” was a buzzword.
Before launching Flourish in 2018, Megan led teams and campaigns spanning across local nonprofits to multi-million-dollar organizations. She’s fuelled startup accelerators, directed digital marketing for IoT innovators, and helped shape national campaigns for the U.S. Army while at leading advertising firm, McCann Erickson.
Her background spans digital marketing, PR, strategic communications, and business development; basically, if it involves connecting people and ideas, Megan’s in her zone. When she’s not steering the Flourish ship, she’s mentoring young entrepreneurs, volunteering for organizations she believes in, or juggling life as a mom, wife, and professional problem-solver.
