As President, Zach oversees operations, finance, and organizational strategy, ensuring the Flourish team has the structure, clarity, and momentum to keep elevating.

Before stepping into this role, Zach led national expansion efforts as Director of Sales at Tango Tango, growing the customer base from 19 to over 600 accounts and setting company records in ARR and customer value. His leadership style blends data-driven precision with a people-first mindset, honed through years of building teams, improving systems, and leading by example.

He’s known for seeing patterns others miss, translating complex challenges into simple, actionable solutions.
